Another satisfied hedgehog house customer for Riverside Woodcraft. They seemed well pleased as they Tweeted this.
Using what we learned from the Hedgehog Housing Census, I figure this might be a great location for this hedgehog house.
Here’s why?
- Well sheltered
- Besides a plant pot
- Toward the perimeter of the garden
- Standing under a bush
Another good touch was to place the box on what looks like an old car foot mat. This is a prudent measure that should stave off any damp and rot.
We’d always advise good amounts of bedding within the house to attract hedgies and retain their interest.
